Welcome to Vedicpujapaths. By accessing our website, using our Vedic astrology tools, booking consultations, or participating in online/in-person Pooja rituals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Vedic Astrology & Spiritual Advisory
Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra) is a traditional, faith-based ancient science providing astrological perspectives based on planetary alignments at birth. All consultations, horoscope readings, gemstone recommendations, and remedial advice are offered in good faith as spiritual guidance and must not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Accuracy of Birth Information
Astrological calculations (such as Lagna, Kundali Milan, Dashas, and Gochara) depend critically on the accuracy of the birth date, exact time, and birth coordinates provided. Vedicpujapaths is not responsible for inaccurate calculations or guidance resulting from incorrect or approximate birth data provided by the devotee.
3. Consultation & Pooja Bookings
All consultations and Pooja rituals are scheduled in advance according to auspicious Vedic Muhurat timings. After submitting a booking request, Pandit Ji or our temple coordinator will confirm the exact date, auspicious time window, and required preparatory items (if attending in person).
4. Vedic Samagri & Cancellation Policy
Authentic Vedic poojas require procurement of consecrated herbs, havan samagri, fresh flowers, and prasad prior to the ritual. Therefore:
- •Rescheduling: Consultations and poojas may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty.
- •Cancellations: In the event of cancellation after consecrated samagri has been specially procured and allocated, a nominal samagri procurement fee may apply.
- •Emergency Situations: We handle family emergencies with compassionate spiritual consideration and will gladly adjust dates.
5. Live Online Video Pooja Etiquette
Devotees joining virtual rituals are requested to maintain a clean, peaceful environment, observe sanctity, and dress respectfully during the sacred Sankalp and Havan chants.
6. Intellectual Property & Tool Content
All content on Vedicpujapaths, including Vedic calculation algorithms, articles, mantra guides, audio/video recordings, and visual designs, is the intellectual property of Vedicpujapaths and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
